Job Description:

A creative and inclusive Primary School in Richmond upon Thames is seeking a graduate to fill the role of Autism Support Assistant. This full-time position involves supporting pupils with Autism across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, helping manage the classroom environment, and delivering tailored programmes. Candidates should be confident, ambitious, compassionate, and eager to work in a school that values creating an inspirational learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with ASDD requirements
Use your creativity and imagination to excite the pupils
High quality and bespoke CPD will be provided
Strong inclusion team to support you.

Requirements:

A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish within
Previous experience working with children
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion in supporting those with Special Educational Needs.
