Audit Staff

• Plan and execute audit engagements for mostly non-profit organizations
• Prepare financial statements and ensure they adhere to relevant regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain detailed work papers to document audit procedures and findings
• Collaborate with clients to address and resolve audit issues effectively
• Conduct reviews of financial records to identify discrepancies and recommend improvements
• Ensure all audit activities are conducted within established timelines and budgets
• Utilize audit software and other tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Provide clear and precise communication to clients throughout the audit process
• Assist in identifying risks and implementing solutions to improve financial practices

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in auditing, preferably with non-profit or for profit entities
• Strong analytical and technical skills with a focus on accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
