Job Description:

We are delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Manchester who are seeking an Audit Senior to join their growing team. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in leading audit assignments, supporting junior team members, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Job Responsibility:

Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and training
Build strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Prepare and review financial statements in line with UK GAAP
Assist with business development opportunities and client proposals

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
Strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
