Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Birmingham seeking an Audit Senior. This firm offers excellent training, progression opportunities, and client-focused service. The role involves leading audits, supervising junior team members, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards.

Job Responsibility:

Lead audits from planning through to completion
Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
Review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK accounting standards
Assist in business development activities and support the growth of the audit team

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA Qualified (or finalist with strong experience)
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively
