Job Description:

Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Worthing who are seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join their growing team. Job Responsibility:

Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Liaise with clients, building strong professional relationships
Review work prepared by junior staff and provide mentoring and support
Work closely with partners and managers to deliver high-quality audit services
Identify areas for improvement and add value to client businesses.

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA Qualified or Finalist (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
