Job Description:

The role will involve managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries, leading audit engagements from planning to completion, and supporting the ongoing growth and development of the audit team. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and identifying opportunities for further engagement. This position offers excellent scope for progression and autonomy in a collaborative and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion
Manage and develop a portfolio of clients across various sectors
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members
Ensure audit quality and compliance with UK regulations and standards
Work closely with Partners and Directors on strategic initiatives
Contribute to business development and client relationship management

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Strong technical knowledge of audit and financial reporting standards
Proven experience managing a portfolio of audit clients
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
