Job Description:

Our client, a highly respected and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in London, is seeking an Audit Partner to join their senior leadership team. This opportunity offers an excellent package including flexible working, company pension, and much more! As a Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s audit practice, driving growth, and delivering outstanding service to an impressive portfolio of clients.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the firm’s Audit function, ensuring high-quality service delivery
Develop and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business
Provide strategic input into the firm’s direction and overall growth plans
Mentor and support junior members of the team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and legislation

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
Demonstrable leadership and business development skills
Excellent technical knowledge and up-to-date understanding of audit and accounting standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a minimum of 7 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
