Job Description:

Vice President, Audit Manager - Legal Entities role at Citi Internal Audit providing independent assessments of Citi's control environment, risk management and governance for key stakeholders including board of directors, senior management and regulators.

Job Responsibility:

Strategic Reporting & Regulatory Engagement: Leading high-impact analysis for board and governance reporting
Fostering strong relationships with regulators
Developing understanding of Singapore Legal Entities
Ensuring audit strategies provide thorough, risk-based coverage
Cross-Functional Leadership: Driving strategic alignment
Partnering with product and function teams
Operational & Innovation Leadership: Championing process improvements
Optimizing Internal Audit operations
Developing Legal Entity audit approach
Audit Assurance & Issue Oversight: Identifying cluster-wide audit expectations
Supporting Chief Auditor in securing assurance
Overseeing resolution of critical issues
Quality & Data Partnership: Collaborating with Quality Assurance and Management Information teams
Ensuring data quality

Requirements:

Experience working with global teams and integrated internal audit delivery
Experience developing audit assessments, testing criteria, tools, and methodologies
Experience working with management information and managing large data sets
Ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables
Prior experience conducting risk-based audits and presenting results to management
Knowledge of risk issue management criteria, tools, and methods
Experience and understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment and its impact on legal entities
Bachelor of Science or equivalent
Master's preferred
Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) are a plus
Statistical, Computer Science or Computer Engineering qualifications will be an advantage
