Job Description:

A specialist provider of digital workspace and commercial AV solutions with over a decade of industry expertise. Recently acquired by a global technology leader, the company is expanding its UK team to strengthen its Engineering Department. Known for high-end, bespoke AV installations, the business combines technical excellence with a “customer-first” culture.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assemble and wire AV systems according to design drawings and cable schedules
  • Mount and install projectors, screens, speakers, amplifiers, and control systems
  • Pre-configure and test systems in the workshop prior to site delivery
  • Support Project and Site Managers during large-scale installations on client sites
  • Logically troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during installation
  • Provide on-site technical support and system maintenance when required
  • Ensure all work meets health and safety standards while building strong client relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of professional audio, video, and control systems
  • Attention to detail for cabling, mounting, and hardware setup
  • Confident communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to logically test, configure, and troubleshoot complex AV systems
  • Proficiency with computer systems and technical documentation
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Previous experience with commercial or high-end AV installations preferred
