Join Our Client's Team as an Audio Typist! 🎧📋 Are you an organised and confident individual with a knack for audio typing? Do you want to be part of the dynamic world of construction and property surveying? We have an exciting temporary opportunity just for you!

Job Responsibility:

Transcribing Audio: Accurately convert audio recordings into written reports
Reporting: Prepare various documentation for our team, ensuring clarity and precision
Organisational Skills: Maintain an organised filing system for all documents and reports
Communication: Collaborate with team members to understand the context and requirements of reports
Support the secretary with taking phone calls and making sure notes are taken effectively

Requirements:

Proven experience in audio typing, ideally within a professional setting
Strong reporting skills and attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Confidence in communicating with team members and stakeholders
