We are looking for a skilled Attorney to join our legal team in the Berkshires. Job Responsibility:

Provide expert legal counsel in trust and estate matters, including estate planning, probate, and elder law
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney agreements
Represent clients in estate-related disputes and probate court proceedings
Advise clients on strategies to preserve and transfer wealth effectively
Stay updated on state and federal laws impacting estate planning and elder law
Collaborate with colleagues across various offices to ensure consistent legal service delivery
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support client cases and legal documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring personalized and attentive service
Participate in legal seminars and training to enhance expertise in the field
Manage case files efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid license to practice law
Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law
Demonstrated expertise in estate planning, probate, and elder law
Strong legal drafting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple cases effectively
Capability to stay current with changes in relevant laws and regulations
