Job Description:

The role involves conducting security and loss prevention tasks at the Fuzhou Marriott Hotel Riverside, including investigating theft and guest complaints, assisting with incidents, and ensuring safety and policy adherence. It includes physical tasks and maintaining a professional and positive work environment.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct investigations and gather evidence related to theft/fraud or lost items, noise complaints, assault complaints, and guest incidents
conduct interviews to obtain statements related to incidents
assist and notify manager/supervisor or local police regarding accidents, attacks, or other incidents
complete incident reports for theft, accidents, physical hazards, and fire alarms
handle business interruptions and complaints such as suspicious individuals and civil disturbances
escort unwelcome persons from property safely
defuse guest or employee disturbances or altercations
ensure adherence to company safety and security procedures
maintain confidentiality
develop positive working relationships
enter and locate work-related information using computers
move, lift, and carry objects as required

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
no supervisory experience
