Job Description:

Facilitate positive guest experiences through honor bar services; ensure product availability and cleanliness; maintain communication with hotel management and guests; uphold company safety and confidentiality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories, and promotional materials
replace items if required
maintain cleanliness and appearance of honor bar
utilize software and handheld devices for sales and inventory
prepare restocking cart
respond to guest requests
communicate issues with hotel management
ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
ability to speak with clarity and professionalism
adherence to safety and confidentiality policies.
