Job Description:

As an Attendant-Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Hotel Beijing Central, you will contribute to the hospitality experience by delivering high-quality service, maintaining the work area, and adhering to company policies. Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties, including cleaning and restocking
Set up and maintain work areas
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining materials
Follow company policies
Maintain professional appearances
Build positive relationships with guests and team members
Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving objects.

Requirements:

Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow company and safety policies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Perform reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
