Job Responsibility:

  • Provide IT support, Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian Confluence
  • Be a technical expert on tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementation
  • Prepare the knowledge base article for the new support cases for future reference
  • Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons / plugin to meet team and business needs
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end states
  • Work with the team to ensure consistent performance
  • Troubleshoot and fix technical issues
  • Assist in the delivery management processes and enforcement
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Min. 5+ years of experience in IT industries with at least 3 years’ experience in administrating Atlassian Confluence
  • Experience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on Confluence
  • Comprehensive understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spoken
  • Strong facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitude
  • Solid work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones
  • Ability to take care of multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
