For the sample management department Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is looking for a motivated associate technician. By supporting several departments internally, you will work with internal and external customers and contribute to the sample flow/management. The job includes technical and physical support of labs, coordinating stability studies, processing results, and managing inventory in a quality-controlled environment. Communication in English is required, and Dutch is beneficial.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive, check, and distribute several sample types
  • coordination of samples to be shipped to other sites and entering external test results in eLIMS
  • initiation and coordination of stability studies
  • preparation of samples to be tested (aliquotation, labeling, etc.)
  • appropriate storage of sample reserves and retains
  • sample inventory management.

Requirements:

  • Lab education background on either MLO/MBO or Bachelor level
  • experience with administrative work is preferred
  • GMP experience is preferred
  • working highly accurate
  • being critical while keeping an open mind to others' ideas
  • comfortable communicating in English
  • Dutch is seen as beneficial but not specifically needed
