As a first-responder on our elite 32-person TechOps team, you'll troubleshoot technical issues, master modern tools, and collaborate with experts across Engineering, Security, Product, and Support. This is your launchpad into fintech and platform development, with strong support to help you grow, build your skills, and progress into broader technical roles over time.
Job Responsibility:
Be the first line of defence: Use documented runbooks to resolve technical and security issues swiftly and accurately
Monitor and act: Utilise tools like Datadog to track systems and respond to alerts. Focus on identifying genuine issues, minimise noise by filtering out non-critical or repetitive alerts, and escalate when necessary to help the team stay focused
Escalate smartly: Utilise the Incident Management system to promptly and report customer-impacting incidents and anomalies. Ensure that you flag them to the relevant stakeholders or teams beyond your own, when appropriate
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Security and Engineering teams to support safe, reliable operations. Share timely updates, follow guidance, and contribute to solutions when possible
Grow expertise: Learn how PPRO’s products, systems, and operations work so you can respond faster and with greater accuracy
Requirements:

Strong written/spoken English communication skills

Willingness to join a 24/7 shift rotation covering weekends
