We’re hiring an Associate Recruiter (New Grad) to join our Hardware & Hardware Operations recruiting team. This role is designed for a recent graduate (within the last 9 months) who’s excited to begin a career in recruiting and talent acquisition while gaining hands-on experience supporting highly technical teams.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with other recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting for hardware engineering and operations roles
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Draft and send personalized outreach messages to build early-stage pipelines
Conduct candidate phone screens and support early-stage candidate evaluation
Own candidate coordination and scheduling across phone screens, virtual interviews, and onsite interviews, including multi–time zone and international coordination
Manage candidate workflows and data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse), including stage movement, notes, interview feedback, and reporting
Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a thoughtful, responsive, and professional experience
Support offer processes, reference checks, and onboarding handoffs
Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, People Ops, and interview teams
Identify and implement improvements to sourcing strategies, recruiting workflows, coordination processes, and ATS usage
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and sourcing
Curiosity and persistence when engaging passive candidates
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in systems and process-driven work
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working onsite and collaborating cross-functionally
Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn
