Job Description:

An established and expanding Project and Cost Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London office. This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior position within a progressive, independent consultancy that prides itself on high-quality service and a strong, team-oriented culture. With a growing pipeline of major developments, this role is perfect for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to drive project success and play a strategic role in the future of the business.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the delivery of high-profile projects across a variety of sectors including student accommodation, commercial and mixed-use schemes, and high-end residential
Oversee project teams
Manage client relationships
Contribute to business development activities
Mentor junior staff
Help shape the consultancy’s long-term vision

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
MRICS – essential
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Varied sector / project experience is beneficial
Excellent pre & post contract experience
A successful track record leading numerous high value £30m – £200m projects
