Job Description:

A leading-edge Property and Construction Consultancy, based near Tottenham Court Road Station in Central London, is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their senior leadership team and drive key projects forward across multiple sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Lead major commissions across a broad range of sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, high-end residential, student living, retail, hotels, and leisure
Project delivery, client management, and mentoring junior staff
Developing long-term client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and taking the lead on both pre and post contract duties

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Significant Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Excellent Pre & post contract experience
MRICS is a must
Ambitious, proactive & client facing
A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, managing small teams alongside business development
