A leading Property & Construction Consultancy is looking for an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Nottingham office and play a key role in the firm’s ongoing success and expansion. Job Responsibility:

Delivering pre and post contract services
Contract admin
Employer’s Agent duties
Developing client relationships
Driving business growth
Mentoring junior talent
Influencing strategic direction

Requirements:

MRICS is preferred
Confident and client-facing individual
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
Experience delivering projects from inception to completion
Strong pre & post contract experience
Varied sector / project experience
Employers’ Agent & Contract Admin experience is a bonus
