Job Description:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy known for delivering high-quality projects across healthcare, residential, commercial, education, retail and local government sectors. The role includes building client relationships, identifying new sectors, contributing to team management, and a clear pathway to Director.

Job Responsibility:

  • Strategic business development – building client relationships, identifying and opening up new sectors
  • Helping diversify the business away from its healthcare-heavy portfolio and into new, commercially viable markets
  • Potentially bringing a fresh network, new ideas, or a different specialism to complement the team
  • Leadership of a team across various locations

Requirements:

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • MRICS ideally
  • A good background in Business Development – developing relationships, winning work and identifying new sectors & avenues to explore
  • The desire to get involved in some team management / leadership
  • The ability to work remotely, possibly travelling to Coventry head office on occasion
