Job Description:

A leading, award-winning construction consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to manage projects, lead a team, and contribute to high-profile, diverse initiatives. Offers high levels of autonomy and professional growth.

Job Responsibility:

Managing flagship projects from concept to completion
Guiding and developing a small team of cost consultants
Reporting directly to the Director
Shaping project outcomes

Requirements:

Strong background in Quantity Surveying in a Cost Consultancy/PQS environment
Experience delivering property / real estate construction projects
MRICS ideally or nearing chartership
Ability to manage projects autonomously, pre & post contract, from inception to completion
The desire to manage a small team of Quantity Surveyors

Nice to have:

MRICS ideally or nearing chartership
