Job Responsibility:
Take the daily quality assurance check on a scope of globe and cross-domain– KYC, TM, Name Screening, etc.
Deliver high-quality assessment results regarding the identification of operational errors, procedural loopholes, and system limitations
Meet the productivity requirements of daily/monthly QA volume
Provide a workable solution to remediate the QA findings
Drive and co-work with other stakeholders to improve the operation quality, workflow/procedure, system, etc.
Proactively support other global projects and initiatives that are related to quality assurance and embed them into the daily operational process
Requirements:
Previous compliance domain experience with a minimum of 5 years (e.g., Due diligence, Know Your Customer (KYC), Transaction Monitoring, FinCrime Investigation, etc.)
Previous experience related to Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance will be a big plus
Knowledgeable in compliance process and risk control framework across the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, etc.
Fast learner to quickly catch up in any new domain
Good logic and strong analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues
Result-driven and user-friendly mindset to output workable solutions
Fluent in Mandarin and English– ability to present complex information clearly & concisely
Well-organized individual with the ability to deliver the work to a high standard and on time
Proactive and creative approach to work, self-motivated and pragmatic, taking responsibility and accountability for own tasks
Confidence in interrogating data, processes and interviewing stakeholders, be proficient in the use of Excel and PowerPoint
