Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends to drive benchmarking
  • Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs
  • Provide assistance with product sales and marketing presentations
  • Develop and oversee small-medium features and PRDs
  • Define and analyse metrics to continually improve company products
  • Play a part in Product operations, handling client support calls, and understand the tech running the show
  • Build dashboards and tools, craft analyses, and tell stories with data to help our operations teams make better decisions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in working with SQL, REST APIs
  • Should have knowledge of Java or Python, frameworks not necessary
  • Background in Computer Science will be preferred
  • Should have handled business reporting through tools such as Excel, Word, Keynote, etc.
