Job Responsibility:

  • Support advisors with day‑to‑day management of client relationships
  • Assist with data gathering, financial plan creation, scenario modeling, and case design
  • Prepare client meeting materials and participate in meetings to capture detailed notes and action items
  • Maintain accurate client records across internal systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
  • 0–5 years of experience in financial services (RIA experience a plus)
  • Interest in or pursuit of Series 65, CFP®, CFA, EA, or other relevant designations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
