Job Description:

At IBM Consulting, we’re building the future of enterprise transformation — and it starts with you. We’re looking for bold, curious, and passionate new professionals to join our SAP Practice as Associate SAP Package Consultants. In this role, you’ll work alongside industry leaders and clients to help modernize operations using SAP’s next-generation technologies, including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and AI-driven enterprise platforms. Our Associates are part of multidisciplinary teams that solve real business problems using innovative thinking, deep process expertise, and leading-edge technology. If you're excited to be part of SAP transformations that shape industries — finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sustainability, and more — this is your moment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the design, configuration, development and deployment of SAP S/4HANA and Line of Business solutions across core business domains (e.g., finance, procurement, supply chain, warehousing)
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, run workshops, support testing, and help them prepare to use the new system
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solution components
  • Contribute to deliverables like process maps, user stories, data models, system developments, and training materials
  • Work in agile teams using IBM’s Design Thinking and SAP Activate methodologies
  • Analyze data, surface insights, and support solution development using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Fiori, or embedded AI
  • Stay current on SAP innovations (e.g., AI copilots, clean core, industry cloud) and bring fresh thinking to your team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree (STEM, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related fields)
  • Strong interest in enterprise systems and digital business transformation
  • Foundational understanding of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes (e.g., finance, EWM, procurement, production planning)
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly
  • Desire to collaborate, adapt quickly, and solve real-world problems
  • Commitment to continuous learning and embracing new technology
  • Some exposure to project delivery tools and methods (e.g., agile, Jira, SAP Activate)
  • Ability to travel to client locations

Nice to have:

  • SAP-related internship, training, certification, or capstone project
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or GCP)
  • Interest in functional or technical SAP paths (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, EWM, ABAP, BTP, Analytics)
