Acting as the primary escalation point, the Associate Manager provides guidance, coaching, and support to the team, drives quality assurance, and identifies opportunities to improve workflows. Partnering with the Manager, Menu Design & Development, this role ensures smooth client onboarding, optimized restaurant operations, and successful POS deployments that support both internal team efficiency and long-term client success.
