The primary responsibilities of the CT&M Delivery Enablement Learning Experience Designer are to create and refine visually engaging learning assets. This role blends graphic, motion media, and instructional design to produce branded training videos, explainers’ videos, infographics, and presentation decks that support internal enablement programs and elevate the candidate and customer experience. This role drives innovation into the Career Transition & Mobility offering, advancing our delivery services in line with the latest trends, technology, and developments to maintain our number one standing in the market.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate cross-functionally with Delivery Enablement team members to design, iterate, and deliver multimedia content in alignment with LHH standards and brand guidelines
Applies peer-reviewed research and evidence-based practices to translate learning objectives into concise, learner-centered engaging eLearning scripts, including narration, on-screen text, and interactive scenario dialogue
Experience working within an LMS to publish eLearning content, manage course settings, and monitor learner progress and completion data
eLearning Development: build interactive modules, scenarios, and microlearning in Articulate Storyline and Rise
publish to SCORM/xAPI and collaborate on LMS deployment
Versioning and Localization: Adapt content for regions and languages
Graphic Design: provide graphic and multimedia design support across Global and North America focused initiatives, contributing to the creation and publication of visually engaging content for delivery teams
Strong problem-solving skills, within the ability to adapt quickly and deliver high-quality work in resource-constrained environments
Measurement: review both quantitative and qualitative data on resource usage, collaborating globally to refine training content for clarity, engagement, and usability, ensuring compliance with brand, accessibility, and inclusivity standards
Partner closely with other team members and stakeholders to contribute ideas, prototypes, and creative solutions and champion professional development upskilling and digital credentials initiatives
Transform complex information and emerging trends into clear, accessible visual resources, adapting materials based on usage data and stakeholder feedback for continuous learning improvement
Maintain visual consistency and accessibility across all content, ensuring compliance with LHH standards and the organizational commitment to inclusivity for global audiences
Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative creative sessions, sharing prototypes and new ideas to advance technology-driven delivery practices and the overall enablement experience
Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment
Familiarize yourself with the LHH Brand Guide requirements, expectations, etc.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Graphic, Multimedia, or Instructional Design
Digital Media
Communications or related field
1–3 years of experience (professional or academic) creating visual assets for training, e-learning, or communications, and a portfolio of work samples
Experience designing and delivering digital and virtual training experiences, including corporate video, infographics, campaign visuals, and e-learning assets (professional or academic portfolio required)
Design and Storytelling: strong visual hierarchy in elements such as typography, layout, composition, and pacing
familiarity with intranet platforms (SharePoint, MS Viva, Workday, ServiceNow) and digital workplace communication
Strong attention to detail with the ability to craft clear narratives from complex topics
Proficiency using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), After Effects, Articulate360 suite, and online collaboration or AI voice tools for digital use and translations (e.g., Eleven Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen)
Potential familiarity with LMS, SCORM/xAPI publishing, storyboarding, basic audio editing, and emerging AI design/editing platforms (Canva, Figma plugins, Runway, Descript)
Technical curiosity and drive for continuous learning in digital media
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple deliverables, manage deadlines, and iterate based on stakeholder and usage data
Knowledge of accessibility practices and a commitment to inclusive design
Adept at driving results through collaboration and influence, thriving in a detail-oriented, agile, and feedback-driven team environment
