The Boeing Company is looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Associate Industrial Security Specialist to join the team in Berkeley, MO. The Industrial Security Specialist will be assisting with Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Identifies deficiencies and recommends corrective action
  • Assists with Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes and situations
  • Assists with Communication Security (COMSEC) duties and responsibilities
  • Assists in the protection of government, intellectual, third party and company information
  • Develops, implements, and administers an Operational Security program
  • Performs Personnel Security processes to assist in obtaining individual security clearances/accesses
  • Assists in developing and conducting security awareness training and education programs
  • Assists in Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities
  • Assists in sub-contractor management to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience with Industrial Security
  • 1+ years of experience with Industrial Security, Facilities Security, Personnel Security, and/or Intelligence in a cleared environment
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62)
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict Of Interest (COI) assessment process
