Job Responsibility:

  • Incubate new activated vendors for 60 days and ensure the below target metrics are met: IHS (inventory health score)
  • Source deals from vendors
  • Ensure the menu and dish level photography is updated
  • Train vendors on different aspects of tablet operations: Schedule operating hours
  • Offline-Online hours
  • Menu item addition/deletion
  • Successful fulfilling of orders
  • Train vendors on different aspects of payment-billing How to read the invoice
  • What are the charges and deductions that have been applied
