Job Description:

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our customers’ successful adoption of Personio across Northern Europe (UKI and Benelux). You’ll empower HR teams to unlock real value, guiding them through every step of their onboarding journey with expertise, empathy, and a dash of Personio flair.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead new customers through seamless setup and integration
  • Champion product usage
  • Host regular meetings to understand customer needs
  • Juggle multiple onboarding projects
  • Triage and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Forge strong, trust-based relationships
  • Partner with Sales, Growth, Customer Success, and Product teams
  • Support new joiners, contribute to documentation

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both mandatory)
  • 4+ years in a customer-facing SaaS, B2B, or B2C role
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Quick to learn new products
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable, resilient, and motivated
