Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist within the Business: Wholesale Technology. The primary responsibilities include driving product delivery, technical design, fostering strong business relationships, improving team productivity, and promoting platform enhancement while addressing technical debt in a cost-efficient way.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own delivery of a product (from requirement to production)
  • Build trusted relationships with the business and maintain a good appreciation of the business domain they work in
  • Communicate clearly, acting as liaison between engineering teams and senior management, translating technical details into business strategies
  • Develop business cases benefits of addressing technical debt / platform improvement
  • Promote continuous improvement for self and team
  • Remove impediments to team's productivity and direct collaboration with Product Owners without the involvement of intermediary roles such as architects, technical leads, business analysts, scrum master and project managers

Requirements:

  • Master degree is best to have, Bachelor is must
  • Have a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform, responsible for driving the team to meet engineering principles, drive technical design, and lead future state design
  • A minimum of 10 years' IT industry experience with significant testing knowledge, especially functional website testing
  • A minimum of 6 year's experiences on automation testing with strong technical knowledge on test automation architecture and BDD related toolkits, e.g. Java, Web driver, Appium, Rest service, jMeter, Python, Jenkins, etc.
  • Rich experience on all-in-one test team management, especially: Function test, Automation test, Security test, Performance test, API test, User experience test
  • Strong understanding on in-sprint automation and agile development methodology
  • Fluent communication skills in spoken and listen English to communicate with UK and IN people
  • Convincing capability to cooperate with different roles in global locations
  • A highly-motivated individual with positive and pro-active attitude
  • Be able to work under pressure to complete project in tight schedule and cost effective way
  • Be aggressive
