Job Description:

In this exciting new role you will be working alongside the North American Senior Director, Measurement & Insights (based in New York) responsible for developing and delivering our measurement, research and insight capabilities for our NA based partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the delivery of influencer campaign measurement studies
  • Build recommendations for partners, analyze campaign data and develop insights
  • Work with our external tools and agencies, including the set up of advanced measurement studies such as brand lift, sentiment analysis, and ROI
  • Write campaign reports and present them directly to clients
  • Help on-board new suppliers and new measurement capabilities, if applicable
  • Lead the delivery of research and insights projects
  • In partnership with North American Senior Director, Insights & Measurement run bespoke thought leadership research studies both internally and with external vendors and partners
  • Drive insight generation from our first party data and third party tools
  • Present studies and insights in client meetings and at external events
  • Work cross-functionally as an expert in measurement, research and insight
  • Support the wider Measurement team on strategy, training, and collaboration with other internal teams
  • Support our Sales and Delivery teams as a subject matter expert on post-campaign analytics, client learning agendas, and RFP/RFI pitch support, and aid them on using research and insight to drive new sales opportunities
  • Work closely with our Marketing team on opportunities and content for PR, press, and events
  • Liaise with our Product team on data, tooling, reporting, and dashboards

Requirements:

  • Several years experience in digital campaign measurement, market research and/or media insights
  • Experience working directly in a measurement or insights role in the media/marketing industry, whether that’s in agency, client-side, or at a media-owner
  • Experience working hands on with data and with relevant analytical tools (e.g. Excel/Sheets, third-party measurement and insights tools)
  • Experience with advanced campaign measurement studies (such as brand lift)
  • Knowledge of 3rd party tools and suppliers
  • Experience working with external stakeholders (both client and agency side)
  • Ability to convert data and results into insights and recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate with “non-data” stakeholders by communicating results and insights in an accessible manner

Nice to have:

  • Economics, statistics, mathematics or related degree
  • Some technical data and analytics skills (e.g. SQL, Python)
  • Experience working in a fast paced agency environment
