Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Director to lead and drive regional business development for Data Centre Advisory & Transaction Services. This role focuses on sourcing, executing, and closing deals while building and managing a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will proactively lead and engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre services at the regional level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively originate new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships with data centre providers and corporate occupiers
  • Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within target marketplace
  • Identify and nurture existing key corporate relationships while building new relations with data centre providers
  • Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations that clearly articulate the JLL value proposition
  • Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and demonstrate deep understanding of client needs
  • Apply consultative and solution-led sales approaches across the full account lifecycle
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through consistent engagement, service quality, governance and timely delivery
  • Execute end-to-end data centre transactions including option sourcing, financial analysis, client presentations, site inspections, pricing inputs, negotiations, legal coordination and deal closure
  • Maintain comprehensive market coverage and propose well-aligned solutions to client requirements
  • Develop strong working knowledge of advisory and transaction processes
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process
  • Build, manage, and grow a strong sales pipeline while achieving revenue targets
  • Proactively lead and engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre services at the regional level
  • Execute sourcing, executing and closing deals effectively

Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience or formal understanding of Data Centre transactions or related real estate services
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate offerings and design client-focused solutions
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong relationship-building skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel as required
