Job Description:

The Associate, Dealer Operations will play a critical role in supporting Harbinger’s dealer network and internal sales organization by managing operational processes, improving dealer workflows, and ensuring consistent execution across the dealer lifecycle. This role sits within the Sales Operations team and acts as a connective layer between Sales, Dealer Development, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations. You will help drive operational excellence, ensure accurate data flow, and remove friction for our dealers and field sales team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for dealers, supporting day-to-day needs and inquiries
  • Assist with dealer onboarding, training coordination, and documentation
  • Maintain dealer program guidelines, SOPs, and resource materials
  • Help track dealer performance metrics and operational health
  • Support vehicle order processing, configuration validation, and internal handoffs
  • Ensure accurate data entry and documentation in CRM and internal systems
  • Assist with contract routing, approvals, and compliance tracking
  • Coordinate with Finance and Logistics on order status, invoicing, and delivery milestones
  • Identify inefficiencies in dealer workflows and propose scalable solutions
  • Help document and standardize dealer-facing processes
  • Support rollout of new tools, systems, and dealer programs
  • Maintain clean dealer records, pipeline data, and operational dashboards
  • Generate recurring reports on dealer activity, order status, and performance
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and insights
  • Work closely with Sales, Dealer Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Support new market launches and dealer expansions
  • Help manage internal communications related to dealer programs and changes

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, dealer operations, customer operations, or related roles
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting dealer networks, franchise models, or B2B partner programs
  • Background in automotive, commercial vehicles, EVs, or manufacturing
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Experience with order-to-cash workflows
