As an Associate Data Scientist on our Global Data Science and Innovation team, you will play a critical role in developing advanced analytical solutions that drive our organisational growth. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to implement cutting-edge AI/ML projects, directly impacting our ability to scale and maintain industry-leading standards. You will fit into our team by working closely with software engineers, product delivery teams, and customer success colleagues to ensure seamless integration of our solutions. Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in coding languages such as R and Python
  • Strong knowledge of Statistical and Machine Learning models
  • Experience with manipulation and maintenance of databases (e.g. SQL)
  • Ability to work effectively in global setups with diverse cross-geography teams and cultures
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with meticulousness
