We are currently seeking an Associate Marketing Counsel to join our team and support a leading F500 client. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly well-known global technology company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide legal guidance on product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and related commercial arrangements
  • Support partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party agreements tied to products and marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient legal review and compliance processes
  • Ensure adherence to privacy, advertising, consumer protection, and industry-specific standards as needed

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing in the U.S.
  • Minimum 3-7+ years of experience in product counsel, marketing law, and/or technology transactions, preferably in-house
  • Knowledge of marketing, privacy, and advertising-related legal considerations
