Job Description:

An opportunity to manage and partnership potential! Join a small, dynamic construction and property consultancy in London as an Associate Building Surveyor to manage projects, support graduates, and drive business growth.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver projects from start to finish, writing specifications and contract administration for local authority, education and commercial clients
Support graduates within the team
Manage workload and drive new business
Work closely with clients

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree
Construction consultancy background
Commercially minded and business development focused
Line management experience or skillset
