Job Description:

This person will work on complex business litigation matters. A-Z case management of cases from inception through trial. Typically, cases will have a partner and anywhere from 1-3 attorneys. Heavy law and motion. Discovery, including depositions. Law and motion. Court appearances. Pleadings. No billable hour requirement, but most people in the firm average ~1900 hours per year.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in business litigation
  • Commutable on a hybrid basis to Downtown Los Angeles
  • Please be prepared to submit two recent writing samples
