Associate Art Director

• Partner with the Art Director to develop and execute creative concepts for packaging, POS, OOH, email campaigns and web assets
• Contribute to the visual strategy and execution of product launches from concept through production
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales
• Prepare and finalize files for both print and digital production, ensuring high quality and accuracy
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in packaging and digital media.

• 5+ years of professional design experience, with a strong focus on packaging and cross-platform marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
