Job Responsibility:
Assess individual needs to create "bespoke-to-the-user" training journeys
Deliver high-quality training on a range of AT (software and hardware) both onsite and via remote sessions
Pivot your teaching style to suit diverse learning profiles, from AD(H)D to visual impairments
Stay at the forefront of the industry by attending ongoing CPD and internal training
Requirements:
A background in teaching, training, or supporting individuals with disabilities/SpLDs
The ability to explain complex tech in a simple, empathetic, and patient manner
A logical approach to problem-solving and a genuine interest in learning new software
Reliability and the ability to manage your own paperwork and student files with high attention to detail
