We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to oversee regional VM operations. This role is responsible for the entire VM workflow: from plan brand guidelines into localized action plans, to ensuring flawless execution at the store level. A strong aesthetic sense is essential, along with the technical ability to develop customized VM tools and props that enhance the premium brand experience.
Job Responsibility:
Translate seasonal global directions into actionable regional VM guidelines
Lead the rollout of window displays, in-store merchandising, and seasonal refreshes
Design and develop creative VM tools, props, and fixtures
Conduct regular store visits to audit VM standards
Manage relationships with production vendors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery within the assigned budget
Requirements:
5+ years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the premium fashion, sports-lifestyle, or luxury sectors
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or AutoCAD) for tool creation and floor planning
A sophisticated eye for color, composition, and storytelling
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills to influence cross-functional teams and external partners
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related creative field
