Job Description:

Citi is seeking an experienced professional to manage operational work related to secured lending products, ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide staff development and training opportunities. The role includes credit analysis and judgment while driving improved workflows and outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Manage day to day operational works related to Secured Lending Products, including new applications, credit line changes, annual renewal, account credit maintenance requests
achieve service/productivity standards and ensure work quality
monitor and ensure processes comply with credit policies, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
review and improve workflows for productivity gains and service improvement
collaborate with stakeholders including Products, Risk Management, Technology, and government statutory bodies
provide training and career development guidance to staff
perform credit analysis during credit assessments and exercise sound credit judgment

Requirements:

5-8 years of experience in a related role
intermediate to senior level experience in a related role with commensurate people management experience preferred
demonstrated ability to resolve issues utilizing in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
bachelor’s degree/university degree or equivalent experience
