Job Description:

The Assistant Bvlgari Bar Manager is responsible for leading staff, ensuring service standards, monitoring operations, and fostering positive team relationships within the luxury setting of Bulgari Hotel Shanghai.

Job Responsibility:

Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Communicate with guests to ensure guest needs are met
Ensure staff is working together as a team
Monitor dining rooms for service, safety, and guest well-being
Complete scheduled inventories
Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees
Develop positive working relationships
Follow safety and security policies

Requirements:

Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies
Communicate with guests, other employees, and/or departments to ensure guest needs are met
Ensure staff is working together as a team
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
Complete scheduled inventories of supplies, food, and liquor
Check stock and requisition necessary supplies
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Follow company and safety policies
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
