Job Description:

Are you passionate about fashion, style, and exceptional customer experience? We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our client's team, a premium women's fashion brand.If you have a strong background in retail, leadership skills, and a love for high-end fashion, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibility:

Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and team leadership
Ensure an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the brand’s premium identity
Drive sales and meet KPIs through client-focused service and product knowledge
Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent service
Assist in visual merchandising, stock control and store presentation
Manage daily operations, including cash handling, scheduling and reporting
Build long-term relationships with VIP clients and maintain a clienteling mindset

Requirements:

At least 2 years of previous working experience in similar position, preferable in luxury consumer
Proven experience in a similar role in fashion retail, preferably in premium or luxury brands
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for styling and fashion trends
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluent in English
High interpersonal skills with service minded nature and outgoing personality
Flexibility, commitment, willingness to succeed
Crisis management and ability to comprehend difficult circumstances and their resolution
Team player, strong networking skills
Ability to work autonomously with ‘can do’ attitude
Proven track record in managing/developing a team

Nice to have:

Preferable in luxury consumer
Preferably in premium or luxury brands
