Assistant Store Manager

• Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
• Ensure all procedures and policies are followed for smooth store running
• Assist with recruitment and development of a high-performing team
• Manage stock control, including placing food and other key orders
• Create and manage staff rotas efficiently

• Aged 18 or over
• Full flexibility for shift work including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Proven drive and strong willingness to deliver exceptional results
• Genuine passion for the retail industry and outstanding customer experience
• Acute attention to detail for operational excellence
• Experience in food retail (preferred)
