The Spa Assistant Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, smooth team coordination, and adherence to service standards. This role assists the Spa Manager in supervising staff, managing schedules, maintaining operational excellence, and driving revenue through outstanding service and team performance.
Job Responsibility:
Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring high-quality guest services
Supervise spa staff, providing training and support to enhance their performance and service standards
Monitor inventory levels of spa products and equipment, assisting with ordering as needed
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement spa promotions and programs
Requirements:
Leadership skills: Ability to assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing a team of therapists and spa staff
Strong customer service focus: Commitment to ensuring a high-quality guest experience, addressing concerns, and enhancing guest satisfaction
Spa and wellness knowledge: A solid understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness services, with the ability to support the team in delivering top-notch services

Team management: Experience in supporting staff training, development, and performance management, ensuring the team meets high standards
