Job Description:

Promote awareness of brand image, develop marketing materials, support media relations, and manage press-related tasks at Bulgari Hotel Shanghai as part of the Marriott International team.

Job Responsibility:

Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
develop marketing materials and information packages for promotional events, property tours, and conferences
prepare or edit letters, invitations, monthly and quarterly press reports, and news releases
respond to media inquiries
monitor media coverage to identify potential problem areas or opportunities
support media relations outreach efforts
coordinate media visits including reservations and special requests
update property website
manage press database and digital files

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
proficiency in using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
ability to prepare and review written documents accurately and completely
strong communication skills
ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
