An Assistant Project Manager is required to join a respected construction consultancy based in Birmingham. This opportunity will see the Assistant Project Manager working across healthcare, education and commercial projects throughout the Midlands. The Assistant Project Manager will gain full exposure to project delivery within a supportive team environment. This role is ideal for an Assistant Project Manager seeking structured progression within a growing regional consultancy.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in managing RIBA stages
Support procurement and tender processes
Monitor programme and budgets
Liaise with contractors and consultants
Prepare reports
Assist in delivering public and private sector schemes ranging from £5m-£30m
Requirements:
Construction-related degree
Working towards MRICS / MCIOB / MAPM
1-3 years’ consultancy experience
JCT knowledge
Prior construction consultancy experience as an Assistant Project Manager
